Sherry Mangal has been successfully in the real estate service business for many years. Sherry works with buyers, sellers, builders and investors in real estate transactions spanning a wide range of price and property types. Sherry began her real estate career in 2006, selling custom-built luxury homes with a few builders in and around the GTA. Over the years, through education, commitment, communication, patience and most importantly integrity, she has gained the trust of her clients and continues to maintain these relationships. Prior to real estate, Sherry was a successful mortgage consultant in the financial services industry. Sherry decided to pursue a career in real estate when she felt that she wanted to do more and be more involved with her clients from start to finish, to ensure that they were handled with extreme care. Her confidence and reputation precedes her, resulting in repeat and referral business that keeps her productive and effective.

Residential Single Family

Sherry’s residential single-family services connect buyers with sellers every day and she does it with professionalism and a total dedication to her clients. This property type is the majority of her market transactions, but by far not the only one in which she has expertise.

Condominiums

While condominiums are residential, they’re a very different market focus, and Sherry is an expert in evaluating condos and helping buyers and sellers to cope with the special financing and homeowner concerns for this property type.

Vacant Land

Land is a very special property class. It’s relatively easy to show a gourmet cook a wonderful commercial kitchen in a home and see their eyes light up, whereas it is more of a challenge to help a buyer or seller to realize the potential in a piece of land. This is a challenge that Sherry takes head on and is one of the best at it in the Toronto real estate market.
