Joseph specializes in land and infill subdivision development projects. In the past 25 years Joseph has been an integral part of numerous subdivision developments in Richmond Hill, Markham, Unionville, Pickering, Ajax, and the GTA to name a few.
Joseph’s long standing relationships with the Builder / Developer community has lead him to be continual engaged in projects for Almont Homes, Avenue Homes, Fairgate Homes and Fairglen Homes to name a few.
Education and Experience
Joseph’s formal education in Business and Administration and Information Technology lead him to a career in the IT Industry. His management style and attention to detail quickly elevated him to senior management level and eventually to entrepreneurship where he designed and developed applications for both the public and private sector.
Marrying his passion for IT with Real Estate has proven to be a satisfying endeavour. Joseph uses his technical background and project management experience to ensure the successful launch and completion of a number of subdivision projects.
